Join us on your own time for a series of art projects you can do at home! Feel free to tag us in your projects on Twitter or Instagram by using the hashtag #EFMDArtAtHome

Week Five: A spring art challenge. There are so many gorgeous flowers blooming in Maryland right now. Draw a flower, or color these flowers from Crayola’s free printable art pages.

Or these ones!   It’s also fine if you color a flower from another coloring book! Roses, daisies, azaleas, peonies — they’re all fair game!

Week Four: Another test of your imagination! Picture a porthole on a submarine or a spaceship. What do you see outside?

Week Three: We want to know what you see out your window! It can be what you really see or what you imagine, as if your window served as a portal to another place.

Week Two is a coloring project courtesy of Aquestive, who are planning to put together a book with all of the art work submitted across the country, which will be available for people to download for free when it is complete!

When you’re stuck inside, art can be a great way to pass the time. Last year, Aquestive turned the artwork created at the annual LGS meeting into the Art of Living with LGS book. Now, you have a chance to participate in the Art of Living with Seizures! Simply download the latest art activity sheet and send a picture of your completed artwork to lgsart@aquestive.com for a chance to be featured in the next book.  You do not need to put your name on it, but you can if you would like!

Week One: Mandalas are used in meditation as the designs are meant to remove irritating thoughts and allow the creative mind to run free as well as relaxation. Learn how to make you own Mandala
